City Sensation is a 9yr old reg. Jockey club mare. She won money on the track, I was told has had a couple foals, and has been a trail horse.
She is about 16:1hh tall. She has been very sweet, willing, and easy going for us. My teenager has rode her around the ranch, down the road, taken her through chest deep water, crossed streams, rode her around the cows. Walk/trot/canter with no buck or bolt.
She’s been a very wants to please type girl, and could go many directions.
We recently took her on trade for some cattle, & are feeding her up. She gets alfalfa, grain, and all she can eat grain hay. Wormed 6-26 with equimax. She gets along with others, but has done ok being in a pen.
She is barefoot, is tender on the gravel, she did much better with front hoof boots, but will probably need full shoes or boots for regular riding, which is why she is As Is.
Other wise haven’t had any issues with her.
