Pistol is a cute made 15H sorrel gelding that is 12 years old. He has all the shape you could ask for, is smooth to ride and very well broke. He is a finished ranch horse, drug calves at brandings, roped cattle in the wheat pasture, worked the feedlot, he's done it all. Pistol is one hand broke, rides on a loose rein and goes the speed you ask. He rides great down the trial; we have crossed all the creeks, gone up and down steep hills, through the meadow, thick brush and over downfall. Pistol rides right by the highway with semis going by and doesn't blink an eye at them. He loves to push the big ball around the arena, we bounce it back and forth with a friend, and all over the arena. He carries the flag with class and doesn't mind the tarp all over him. Pistol is fun and easy to ride. No matter what you want to do with him, he will ready and willing. We ride him in groups and out alone. He loads and hauls great. Stands tied and doesn't throw a fit.
