Ricky -MSC Smart Deck of Spades- Ricky is a 6 year old, well-started, great grandson of Peptoboonsmal on top and Smart little lena on the bottom. Rick is a fancy dark bay with a pretty face and beautiful dapples in the summer. He stands 15’1 hands and has the athletic ability to go in any direction. Ricky has been started on barrels and has been tracking the Smarty on the heel side and Breakaway. This guy has a great head set, nice stop, changes leads, responds to leg and neck reins. Bathes, clips, loads in trailer, stands for farrier, and easy to catch. He loves attention and always greets you with his ears forward. Ricky needs an experienced confident rider and does best with consistency as he will test you to see what he can get away with. I bought Ricky to run barrels my senior year, however I simply didn’t have the time to finish him and or have passion for the event. Instead I started roping on him and kept him tuned up and gaining new buttons. He sure wants to be someone's #1, and now as a college student I don’t have the time for him he deserves.
