Red is a great trail horse. he has been all over the mountains of eastern Oregon. can be ridden and has packed lots of gear with saddle panniers. Has packed meat before as well. has worked cows a little bit. crosses water, bridges and downed logs. can be on a high line or hobbled no problem. has more whoa then go but will get up and move out if you want him to. he will ride in a group or ride out alone. does need shoes put on him during summer months or for trail riding cause feet can chip. He just had a full set of shoes put on him on 6/14/2022. so he is ready to go. he is a really gentle horse and is easy to catch. he does have a scar from a cut he got on his back leg a couple years ago but has not hindered him in any way.
