Riski Rose aka Rose is a 2012 gorgeous buckskin paint APHA registered mare standing at 14.2 hands. Papers and transfer are in all in order. Rose is broke to ride and has arena and trail miles. She was started on a ranch and has outside miles. She's excellent around cows and ropes and would make a good breakaway or heel horse. Rose has smooth gaits and could go in any direction. She gives to the bit and breaks over at the poll and counter bends and moves off leg. With her color and looks, she'd be a flashy show horse. She is sure footed and would be a great trail horse as well. She stands well to be groomed and saddled. I ride her in a smooth snaffle or jr cow horse bit. She neck reins around. She would be best for someone experienced that has the knowledge to further her education. She is not for beginners or inexperienced horsemen. She does best when worked work consistently. She isn’t hot but is a forward ride. Rose is easy to catch in the pasture and bottom of the pecking order. She's an easy keeper and is neat and tidy in her stall pooping in one corner. I feed her grass hay and just enough grain to get her vitamin supplement. She does good being stalled and on pasture. Doesn't kick the walls or crib. She is perfect for the farrier and for the vet. Has good feet and is barefoot. Clean straight legs. She bathes, loads, hauls, clips and ties well. Her teeth were done end of June and 5-way and rhino were done in May. She was de wormed in May and July. Her feet will be due for a trim on date of sale. She gets them done routinely every 6-8 weeks. She wears a size 72" blanket.
