GSP Docs Roan Shiloh (Shi) is a 17 year old bay roan mare. She neck reins, moves off your leg, my 10year old & 8 year old daughters ride her. She is great to be around on the ground, clips, bathes, blankets with ease. She is great for the farrier. She is very tender footed so does require front shoes, but we have never had any soundness issues with her. She is definitely the dominant mare in the herd, but pastures fine with my gelding. She has pulled back when tied, so we dummy tie her and haven't had any issues. She is the easiest horse I have ever given shots to. Literally walk out in the field, put a lead rope around her neck and give the injection. She rides english and western. Has been team roped off of by previous owners. Has had one foal with previous owners. We have ridden her to gather cows and trail ride. She crosses creeks no problem. She has more whoa than go. Used to dogs and farm animals.
