Jesse is an 11- year-old, 14 hand, grade Quarter horse mare. Jesse is a gorgeous dark bay with a stripe and four white socks. This lovely mare would make an excellent mount for a smaller adult or experienced youth. Jesse is very athletic and is an excellent prospect for any discipline. We took Jesse camping almost every week-end last summer and had a lot of fun with her. Jesse is sound and has great ground manners. No vices or problem behaviors. Jesse loads in a trailer like a dream. Jesse's only fault is she can be stand offish when loose in the pasture. Jesse is a super trail horse. She has a big motor and lots of go but is also content to go down the trail at a consistent steady pace, not rushing ahead or lagging behind. With other horses Jesse is content to lead or follow. Jesse rides the same whether on the mountain trails or on the beach. She is not spooky and is used to sharing the trails with hikers, mountain bikes, hikers and dogs.
